Escoffier is a 5★ Cryo polearm character who shines as an off-field DPS or debuffing support. She’s essentially built as a Sub-DPS in Freeze teams – her Elemental Skill is her main damage tool (with near-100% uptime) and applies Cryo reliably – while her Burst provides party-wide healing.

Alternatively, she can be a support that shreds enemy Cryo/Hydro RES by up to 55% (via her Ascension 4 passive). In practice this means Escoffier is “glued” to Cryo/Hydro comps: she needs at least one Hydro and one other Cryo teammate to maximize her passive.

With this setup, she contributes strong single-target Cryo damage and team sustain (her ATK-scaled Burst heals everyone). Out of Freeze teams, she can enable melt reactions (using Hydro & Pyro teammates) but with much weaker bonus from her RES-shred passive.
