The Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.3 livestream, titled “The Fall at Dawn’s Rise,” has unveiled a plethora of exciting content set to launch on May 20, 2025, for North American servers and May 21, 2025, for EU and Asia servers . Here’s a detailed breakdown of what’s coming:

New Characters & Banners

Phase 1 (May 20 – June 11, 2025)

• Hyacine: A 5★ Wind element character following the Path of Remembrance.
• The Herta: First rerun of this 5★ character.
• Featured 4★ Characters: Misha, Serval, and Natasha.
• Light Cones:
  • Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky: Hyacine’s signature Light Cone.
  • Into the Unreachable Veil: The Herta’s rerun Light Cone.

Phase 2 (June 11 – July 1, 2025)

• Cipher: A 5★ Quantum element character on the Path of Nihility.
• Aglaea: First rerun of this 5★ character.
• Featured 4★ Characters: Xueyi, Sushang, and Qingque.
• Light Cones:
  • Lies Dance on the Breeze: Cipher’s signature Light Cone.
  • Time Woven Into Gold: Aglaea’s rerun Light Cone.

New Trailblaze Mission & Areas

• The Fall at Dawn’s Rise: The fourth installment in the Amphoreus storyline, where the Astral Express and the Chrysos Heirs confront the Sky Titan.
• New Areas:
  • Fortress of Dome – Eye of Twilight: A new map featuring the Eye of Twilight.
  • Cloudedge Bastion Ruins – Eye of Twilight: Another new area with the Eye of Twilight.

New Bosses & Materials

• Aquila, the Sky Titan: A new weekly boss encountered during the Trailblaze Mission, dropping Daythunder Anamnesis for Cipher’s Trace upgrades
• Shadow of Deepsheaf: An overworld boss dropping Invasive Clot, a new Character Ascension material for Physical characters.

New Events

• Trace ‘n’ Drift: Participate in the Speed Cup Tournament and pilot your Spheroid to victory in this racing event.
• Legend of the Galactic Baseballer: Demon King: A revamped event where you return as the Galactic Baseballer to complete combat challenges with weapons and accessories.
• Gift of Odyssey: Log in for 7 days to claim up to 10 Star Rail Special Passes.
• Planar Fissure: Earn double planar ornaments when challenging Worlds in the Simulated Universe.
• Garden of Plenty: Receive double rewards from Crimson and Golden Calyxes.

Quality-of-Life Updates

• Inventory Cap Increase: Relic Storage cap increased to 3,000.
• Notification Optimization: Red notification reminders will appear less frequently when switching devices .

What did you all think about the livestream? On a light note, I’m looking forward to pulling for The Herta and Cipher. They look like fun characters to have. Although, I’m worried about the Chrysos Heirs now that things look like they’re taking an even more drastic turn. Version 3.3 of Honkai: Star Rail is shaping up to be an interesting update, with new characters, challenging bosses, engaging events, and quality-of-life improvements.
