Okay, I’ve have to be honest — after the Wuthering Waves 2.3 livestream dropped, I was super excited to see all the new content, but I wasn’t the only one side-eyeing the rewards. With it being the first anniversary and all, the community (myself included) was kind of expecting… more. And let’s just say the internet made sure Kuro Games heard us loud and clear.
Thankfully, they responded pretty quickly. Just a couple days after the Version 2.3 livestream — officially titled Fiery Arpeggio of Summer Reunion—Kuro Games posted an apology and announced a pretty generous rewards package to make up for it. If you’re logging in during the anniversary period, you’re going to get:
- 10 Lustrous Tides
- 10 Radiant Tides
- 10 Forging Tides
Yep, that’s 30 pulls just for showing up, which definitely helps smooth things over. These will be distributed to all players as part of the anniversary login events, so if you’re like me and always hunting for more pulls, make sure you don’t miss out.
Here’s a quick rundown of what’s coming:
Gifts of Grand Celebration
Login on May 23, 2025 to claim 10 Radiant Tides and a special “Moment of Resonance” avatar. It’s a one-day login, so mark your calendars!
Gifts of Grand Reunion
This kicks off the moment Version 2.3 goes live on April 29, 2025, and nets you 5 Lustrous and 5 Radiant Tides for free.
Gifts of Melodic Verses
A 7-day login event later in the patch that’ll give out 300 Astrites, materials, and an Echo Data Modifier.
🏁 Cubie Derby: Warmup
This one’s pretty fun—do some event challenges and you’ll grab 10 Radiant Tides plus the adorable Flight Aspect: Laureate glider skin.
Gilded Nightmarket
A full-blown shop event with skins, pulls, and rerun rewards you might’ve missed. It’s a good chance to grab some limited cosmetics and resources.
Look, I get it—anniversaries are a big deal, and the 2.3 livestream didn’t exactly land the way we wanted it to at first. But it’s cool to see the devs actually listen and turn it around. Props to Kuro Games for that. I’m definitely logging in for those free pulls, especially with how hyped the rest of the update looks.
And just between us, I’m still a little bitter I missed out on Jiyan and Carlotta, so any extra chances to pull are totally welcome.
